Personal & Work Life

The Personal & Work Life Program provides education and enrichment services that focus on helping families build and maintain healthy relationships, strengthen interpersonal competencies and problem-solving skills, and master respective roles, tasks, and responsibilities throughout the family life cycle. Services may be provided in collaboration with other helping agencies.

Commander's Key Support Program

A Key Support Liaison is a volunteer appointed by the commander who provides unit families with timely and accurate information. The M&FRC provides training to all appointed Key Support Liaisons. Offering peer to peer support, Key Support Liaisons check in with spouses and provide resources and referrals to families.

Not sure who your units Key Support Liaison is? Contact the Service member's unit commander's support staff (CSS). Also, go to the AF Connect App, choose 49th Wing and click on Military Spouse icon!

Interested in supporting fellow spouses in your unit? Do you have a lot of knowledge and experience of military life to pass along to other spouses? Strengthen our military community by volunteering as a Key Support Liaison.
